In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned below unless the context requires otherwise:

Access to and use of the api99 platform is subject to the following eligibility criteria, which must be satisfied at all times during which a player maintains an account:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. api99 does not permit persons under 21 to register, deposit, or participate in any game or betting market. Age verification is conducted at registration and during the KYC process.
• Residency: You must be a resident of Indonesia. api99 is specifically designed and operated to serve the Indonesian market. Players accessing the platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law do so at their own risk and are solely responsible for ensuring their compliance with applicable local legislation.
• Legal Capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Persons who have been declared legally incapacitated by a competent court or authority may not register.
• Self-Exclusion Status: You must not have voluntarily applied a self-exclusion or cooling-off period to your api99 account. Attempting to circumvent a self-imposed exclusion by creating a new account constitutes a breach of these Terms.
• Not an Employee: Employees, contractors, officers, directors, and immediate family members of api99 and its affiliated service providers are not permitted to hold player accounts.

To access the full range of api99 services, players must complete the registration process and create an account. The following conditions apply to account registration and maintenance:

• One Account Per Player: Each player is strictly limited to one (1) account. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. api99 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and confiscate associated balances without notice.
• Accurate Information: You must provide complete, accurate, and truthful information at registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account closure.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. api99 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorized access to an account where the player has failed to maintain adequate credential security.
• Notification of Changes: You must notify api99 promptly if any of your registered details change, particularly your email address or contact number, so that we can continue to reach you regarding account and security matters.
• Account Non-Transferability: Accounts are personal and non-transferable. Selling, transferring, or purchasing a player account is prohibited and constitutes grounds for permanent closure of all accounts involved.

api99 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for the refusal.

api99 is required to verify the identity and age of all players before processing withdrawal requests. This process — referred to as Know Your Customer (KYC) — may also be initiated at any time api99 reasonably suspects that account information is inaccurate or that unusual activity has occurred.

Players will be asked to submit one or more of the following documents:

• A valid government-issued photo identification document — Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP), passport, or driver's licence (SIM)
• A recent bank statement or utility bill as proof of residential address (dated within 90 days)
• Proof of the payment method used — for example, a photograph of the bank account passbook or a screenshot of the e-wallet account showing the account holder's name matching the api99 registered name

api99 will not share KYC documents with third parties except where required by applicable law or where necessary for fraud prevention and anti-money laundering compliance. All submitted documents are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

5.1 Deposits

api99 accepts deposits via the following methods, all transacted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR):

• Bank Transfer: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OCBC NISP
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja

The minimum single deposit amount is Rp 25.000. Deposits are credited to the player's account balance upon confirmed receipt of funds. api99 does not impose a deposit fee; however, players should confirm with their bank or e-wallet provider whether outgoing transfer fees apply on their end.

Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in the player's own legal name. Third-party deposits — including deposits made from accounts held in another person's name — are strictly prohibited and will be returned where possible. Where return is not possible, such funds may be forfeited pending investigation.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed on a rolling basis, 24 hours a day, including Indonesian national holidays. The minimum single withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. api99 charges zero platform fees on withdrawals for all fully verified accounts.

To be eligible to withdraw, a player must have:

• Successfully completed the KYC verification process;
• Deposited and wagered a minimum of one (1) times the total deposit amount (rollover requirement to prevent deposit-and-immediate-withdrawal abuse); and
• Met any applicable bonus wagering requirements on any active bonus funds.

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in the same legal name as the api99 account. api99 targets withdrawal processing within five (5) minutes for verified accounts, though bank processing times may extend the total time to receipt beyond api99's control.

api99 offers a range of promotional bonuses to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the point of the individual offer:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement, which will be stated clearly in the relevant promotion's terms. Winnings generated from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the full wagering requirement has been met.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino games, table games, and sportsbook bets may contribute at reduced rates. The contribution schedule is published on the promotion detail page.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may hold only one active bonus at a time. Opting into a new promotion while a prior bonus is active may result in the prior bonus being forfeited.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and associated wagering requirements expire if not fulfilled within the time period stated in the individual promotion's terms. Expired bonuses are automatically removed from the account balance.
• Bonus Abuse: api99 reserves the right to withhold or void bonuses — and to close associated accounts — where there is evidence of systematic bonus abuse, including but not limited to: using multiple accounts to claim the same offer, coordinated wagering designed to meet requirements with minimal risk (bonus washing), or exploitation of technical errors.
• Seasonal Promotions: api99 may offer time-limited promotions aligned with major Indonesian occasions — including Ramadhan, Idul Fitri, Indonesian Independence Day, and other national or cultural events. These are subject to their own individual terms and are available for limited periods only.

api99 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes to ongoing promotions will be communicated to players with active bonus balances.

api99 is committed to providing a fair, transparent, and enjoyable gaming environment for all players. The following conduct rules apply to all games and betting markets on the platform:

• Prohibited Conduct: Collusion between players, use of automated betting software or bots, exploitation of software vulnerabilities or errors, and any other form of cheating or game manipulation are strictly prohibited. api99 employs real-time monitoring systems to detect irregular betting patterns.
• Sportsbook Integrity: Mix parlay (accumulator) bets and all other sportsbook wagers must be placed in good faith on legitimate sporting outcomes. Bets placed on events where the outcome was known at the time of placement — or where the player had access to non-public information — will be voided.
• Void Bets: api99 reserves the right to void bets placed in error, on corrupted odds, or on markets that were opened erroneously. Players will be notified of any bet voiding and the original stake will be returned to the account balance.

• Technical Malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session — including disconnection, server error, or software failure — the round in progress may be voided and the stake returned. api99 accepts no liability for losses arising from malfunctions outside its reasonable control, including internet connectivity issues on the player's side.

api99 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

In summary, api99 uses personal data to:

• Verify your identity and age as part of the KYC process;
• Process deposits, withdrawals, and other financial transactions;
• Provide customer support and respond to account enquiries;
• Detect and prevent fraud, money laundering, and other prohibited activity;
• Send promotional communications, where you have opted in to receive them; and
• Comply with applicable legal and regulatory obligations.

api99 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data is shared only with service providers directly involved in platform operation (payment processors, KYC providers, security vendors) under strict confidentiality obligations, and with authorities where required by law.

• Loss of funds resulting from unauthorized account access caused by the player's failure to maintain adequate credential security;
• Losses arising from internet connectivity failures, device malfunctions, or other technical issues outside api99's reasonable control;
• Decisions made by the player based on information displayed on the platform that contains typographical errors or is temporarily inaccurate due to a technical fault;
• Any interruption to services caused by maintenance, upgrades, or force majeure events including but not limited to natural disasters, government action, or infrastructure outages.

Nothing in these Terms limits api99's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

The platform and all its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. api99 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

All content on the api99 platform — including but not limited to the api99 brand name, logo, trade marks, website design, graphics, game interfaces, software, text, and all other materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of api99 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit:

• Copying, reproducing, modifying, distributing, or publicly displaying any platform content without express written consent from api99;
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or otherwise attempting to derive the source code of any platform software;
• Using api99's trade marks, logos, or brand assets in any manner that suggests endorsement, affiliation, or partnership without written authorisation; or
• Scraping, crawling, or systematically extracting data from the platform using automated tools.

Any use of api99 intellectual property beyond the scope of the licence granted above must be approved in writing by api99's management. Unauthorised use constitutes infringement and api99 reserves the right to seek all available legal remedies.

Termination by Player: You may close your api99 account at any time by contacting our customer support team via Live Chat or email. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any real-money balance remaining in the account at the time of closure (after deduction of any bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your verified payment method.

Termination by api99: api99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account — with or without prior notice — in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Provision of false, misleading, or incomplete information at registration or during KYC;
• Evidence of fraudulent activity, collusion, or use of prohibited software;
• Underage gambling — confirmed or strongly suspected;
• Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable period following a formal request;
• Inactivity — accounts with no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be flagged as dormant; and
• Where required to do so by applicable law, a court order, or a regulatory directive.

Where an account is closed by api99 due to a breach of these Terms, api99 reserves the right to withhold the account balance pending investigation and, where the breach involves fraud or material misrepresentation, to forfeit the balance entirely.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which api99 is registered and licensed internationally. By using the api99 platform, you acknowledge that online gambling is subject to varying legal frameworks in different jurisdictions and that you are solely responsible for determining whether your access to and use of the platform is lawful in your location.

Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of a mutually agreed international arbitration institution. Arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in English.

Nothing in this clause limits api99's right to seek injunctive or other urgent equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property or confidential information.

api99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect player rights or obligations — api99 will notify registered players via email or a prominent site-wide notification at least seven (7) days before the amended terms take effect.

Your continued use of the api99 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure as described in Section 12 above.
